Responsibilities
  • Define and direct marketing campaigns for demand creation, lead generation and for lead tracking and management
  • Work on generating new lead sources through growth hacking strategies
  • Develop partnerships across marketing, sales and product management
  • Develop drip marketing efforts to support our sales team
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Develop and execute other creative ways to reach target audiences
  • Oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support
  • Break the mold of traditional marketing thinking and go out of the box with different campaign ideas
Requirements
  • Experience with effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Startup mindset, curious and creative, relentless in pursuit of growth
  • Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth
  • Attention to details
  • Being social and understanding users’ behavior
  • Ability to ask excellent questions and listen actively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff
  • Ability to manage often outsourced marketing activities (PR, corporate marketing, social media, website, etc.)
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent English and/or French oral and written communication skills
  • Having experience with growth hacking tools
